Has also brought just a few more venues for Thierry Daugeron at Lady Wood Estate launch of Pavilion that can accommodate up to 400 people for private functions, Along side with the Boat House, Stable House and of course the Lady Wood House it self available for private function hire such as birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, charity events and other celebrations.
Thursday 7th February 2013: ” Thierry Daugeron has launched the opening of the Chandelier Restaurant
and Riverside the VENUE”
The only place in Stamford where clients can have their dinner with a view of the river.The Chandelier Restaurant is now offering Traditional Afternoon Tea accompanied by a pianist as well as Cabaret nights with a specially selected menu.Riverside The VENUE can be hired for a private functions such as birthdays,charity events and other celebrations and can accommodate up to 100 persons.
Thierry has employed 10 more staff which brings him to an employer of 32 members of staff in total!
Wednesday 19th September 2012: ” Thierry Daugeron at Riverside Cafe”
The Riverside Victorian Style cafe in Stamford will be opening its door for the firts time. Come and join us for tea, coffee, pastries, desserts and a lot more. The Riverside willb eopen to start from Wednesday to Sundays from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm and from early October 7 days per weeks from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm and will also be serving light bite lunch dishes from 11.30 pm to 2.30 pm.
The Riverside cafe is located at the Stamford Bridge oposite to Robert Loomes clock maker.
Saturday 3rd November: Thierry at Le Creuset Hatfield
Come and join us at Hatfield Le Creuset, where Thierry will be demonstrating how to use Le Creuset cookware to obtain the best result of your cooking delights.
Demosntration at 11.00 am and 1.00 pm.
April 2012: Thierry with Le Creuset
Thierry is now officialy the chef to represent Le Creuset item in Peterborough shop. On April 22nd Thierry will be demonstrating outside the shop to promote his businesses and Le Creuset items. Thierry will shortly write recipes for Le creuset items. www.lecreuset.co.uk
March 2012: Belton Horse Trials,
Lincolnshire County Council has requested Simply Thierry’s Signature Events to prepare, cook and serve a Lincolnshire lunch for 150 high profile business personalities at the International Belton Horse Trials. Thierry was also invited to represente Lincolnshire products and producers by cooking not only a lunch made only with Lincolnshire products but also by delivering a cookery demonstration.

February 2012: Another Award.
After been short listed for caterer of the year, Thierry and Christophe were invited to a prestigious dinner ceremony at the brand new Hilton Hotel of Lincoln to recieved the “BEST LINCONSHIRE CATERER OF THE YEAR 2012 ” award by Taste of Lincolnshire and Lincolnshire County Council

For the 4 years, Thierry and his team have been invited to deliver courses and meals to the pupil of boarding houses at Oundle School. Thierry is always pleased to share his knowledge and passion of food with the students of this excellent school. Weldone girls, you have done a very good dinner

…for the catering category of the Taste of Lincolnshire on Tuesday 1st February 2011. The award was awarded based on the quality services of the company and the use and support of the local producers of Lincolnshire and surrounding.
Thierry at the East of England Showground:
Last November Thierry was invited to deliver a couple of cookery demonstrations during the Christmas Festival at the East of England show ground. Thierry will be back at the showground on the 18th & 19th June 2011 to give more cooking tips.

After qualifying as a lecturer and assessor Thierry is now sharing his professional knowledge with the learners of the catering and hospitality department of Peterborough regional college. Thierry teach in the pastry and larder kitchen delivering courses to the NVQ, VRQ and BTEC learners.

Once again, the girls of the Sanderson Boarding house of Oundle school had the pleasure to enjoy a full afternoon of cookery class with Thierry. The whole group participated with fun in the preparation of a 3 course dinner, learning the various techniques in cutting, filleting and cooking ingredients. The class was followed by the dinner and the whole group with the house master and his wife were able to enjoy the delicatessen they cooked during the day. What a great success.
