From the 12th March 2011, Thierry will be running classes from his purpose built cookery demonstration / training class in Stamford.

Examples of cookery class available :
- Organise your group of friends.
- Thierry will give you an hour French cookery History lesson.
- This will be followed by approximately 2.5 hours of cookery lesson and class where all the guests will be involved.
- Have a break and get ready for dinner.
- Enjoy the food you prepared with your friends at your table completed and served by you.
