Thierry, native from France moved to the UK in 1998 after working worldwide for all his professional life in the catering business. Thierry has gained international experience working as a front house manager and chef in some of the most prestigious establishments. Thierry has gained a superior repuation not only based on his passion for food and love of cooking, but also his outstanding attention to detail when organising clients special ocassions. Thierry's work is both senational and original. Thierry prides himself in his ability to provide perfection for his clients from event organiation to specialised menu creation.

His dedication to his business resulted in Thierry being awarded Business personality of the Year in 2008 and also invited to participate as member of the judging team for the Gordon Ramsay “F Word” television series. In the past Thierry has worked for a Japanese film company presenting quality and service within the hospitality and food sector.

			CHRISTOPHE BAUDOUIN: Thierry’s partner Christophe also moved to the UK with Thierry in 1998. Although you may not see much of Christophe when you are having a dinner party or an event, Christophe's involvement within the business is crucial. His knowledge and experience regarding interior design and his professional family background within the catering industry, makes Christophe an invaluable member who is hugely complimentary to the business. Decor, menu design and layout ideas are part of Christophe unseen involvement.
